USCIS Prevented from Granting Pending Parole in Place Requests

On August 26, 2024, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, in Texas v. Department of Homeland Security, issued a stay that prevents USCIS from granting pending parole in place requests under Keeping Families Together. The order is set to expire on Nov. 8, 2024.

However, USCIS is still accepting new filings of Form I-131F at this time.
