Yoselin Negrete

Yoselin was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and discovered her passion for immigration law early in her career. During her undergraduate studies, she interned with La Estrella, a nonprofit immigration law organization in El Paso, where she worked with the defense unit assisting asylum seekers and refugees. That experience inspired her to pursue a career in immigration law, and she has continued working in the field ever since.

Yoselin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in International Politics from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). She later received her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law. Throughout her legal career, she has remained committed to serving immigrant communities and helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system
