Farah Al-khersan, Attorney

Farah Al-khersan’s passion for immigration law stems from her own experiences as an immigrant. Her family fled Iraq when she was young and moved to New Zealand before settling in the United States.

McKenzie Temple, Paralegal

McKenzie Temple studied Political Science and Spanish at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. At the University of Michigan, McKenzie was a member of the Community Leaders Fellowship at the Ginsberg Center, which connected her to meaningful community initiatives in the Ann Arbor area.

Pavel Lopez Galindo, Legal Assistant

Pavel Lopez Galindo studied Marketing and Business Law while in undergrad at the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio. While in university, Pavel was a student leader for organizations including lIke Student Government, The Global Latin Student Union, and Sigma Lambda Beta.

Basil Alsubee, Immigration Paralegal

Basil Alsubee is a Syrian American of Damascene origin born in Detroit and raised in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He enrolled at the University of Michigan two years after arriving to the US in 2015, earning a Bachelors degree in History in 2021, followed by a Masters degree in Near Eastern Studies from NYU shortly afterwards.
